Provisional Psychologists: $130

Counsellor: $130

Medicare

You will need to provide a Mental Health Care Plan from your General Practitioner

NDIS

You will need to provide your NDIS funding details

Victim Services

You will need to provide your Victim Services reference number (starts with 00)
