Rushmila
General Psychologist
Rush is an experienced psychologist working a range of diagnosis and presentations including; Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and stress. Rush uses both a person-centred and evidence based approach, with experience in a range of modalities including; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-focused Therapy (SFT), and Schema Therapy.
Rush is an approved Victims Services Counsellor, is able to see NDIS clients, provide Medicare rebates, accepts white/gold cards, and provides private health rebates. Rush see’s individuals aged 16 and older.

Rush is available on Mondays via telehealth and Tuesdays in the Brisbane office.
Ian Harmony
Mental Health Social Worker
Ian is an accredited mental health social worker with over 3 years' experience in providing evidence-based interventions such as CBT, ACT, DBT, IPT, Motivational Interviewing, and Schema Therapy.​ He has experience across a broad range of psychopathy's such as, mood disorders (anxiety and depression), eating disorders, personality disorders, and more. Ian sees all ages, individuals, couples, and families.​
Ian has worked with Veterans providing focussed interventions across a range of presentations including smoking cessation, emotional regulation for PTSD, positive behaviour change, anger management, and mindfulness skills.
Ian is able to see NDIS clients, Victims Services, provide Medicare rebates, accepts white/gold cards, Open Arms, and provide private health rebates.

Ian is available for face to face and telehealth appointments on Mondays and Fridays.​
Sarah Owens
Counsellor
Sarah is a Level 3 Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association specialising in marriage and relationship counselling, as well as a registered Victim Services Counsellor and is NDIS approved.
Sarah works with DBT, ACT and a number of other client focused therapies. She has knowledge around clinical mental health counselling, as well as trauma, addiction, grief, depression, and anxiety. Sarah is happy to see children, teenagers and adults, as individuals, couples or family groups.
Sarah is available for appointments in our Sherwood Road office on Tuesdays and telehealth appointments available on Wednesday and Thursdays.
