Holly Bolton
Founder / General Psychologist / Supervisor
Holly has experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation, Corrections, Behaviour Support, and with a range of diagnoses and presentations including; trauma, substance use, psychosis, personality disorders, sexual dysfunction, anxiety, depression, bipolar, more. Holly is experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma focussed CBT (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
Holly is an AHPRA approved supervisor, able to complete individual sessions and NPE group sessions for provisional psychologists. Supervision and NPE group sessions are held via telehealth.
She is an approved Open Arms Psychologist, is able to see all NDIS clients, provide medicare rebates, accept DVA white/gold cards, complete couples and family counselling, and provide private health rebates.
Face to face and telehealth appointments are available.
Holly works Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Zachary Herron
General Psychologist
Zachary offers a calm and grounded space for people navigating complexity; both around them and within. Many of the people he works with carry a lot, often quietly. They’re high-functioning, thoughtful, and deeply attuned to the needs of others but can feel unseen, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
Zachary has experience working with trauma, depression, anger, substance use, and men's issues. Zachary is experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
Zachary is an approved Victim Services Counsellor and Open Arms Psychologist, is able to see NDIS self/plan managed clients, provide medicare rebates, accept DVA white/gold cards, complete couples and family counselling, and provide private health rebates. Zachary is EMDR trained.
Face to face and telehealth appointment are available.
Zachary works Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at our office in Newcastle.
Manja van Rhijn
General Psychologist / Sex Therapist
Manja (pronounced mun-ya) is a General Psychologist and Sex Therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience helping individuals achieve their goals.
She has worked with a diverse range of clients with varying ethnic, social, educational, and economic backgrounds and has previously worked with clients in defence.
She is passionate about working with clients to increase their self confidence and self-esteem and uses a range of therapeutic models including CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing.
Manja is able to receive referrals through victim services, medicare, DVA white/gold cards, NDIS, private health funds, independently, and is qualified to complete couples counselling. Manja is an approved Open Arms Psychologist.
Manja works Mondays and Tuesdays in our Newcastle office and Telehealth Wednesdays.
Jane Lumley
General Psychologist
Jane has a warm and grounded interpersonal style which she adapts to accommodate to her individual clients. She is committed to delivering safe, structured and compassionate care. Over the years, trauma therapy has come Jane’s central area of focus and strength, where she has built her experience working with clients within the Victim Services, WorkCover and Medicare spheres.
Jane is qualified to provide therapy using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
Jane is an approved Victim Services counsellor and Open Arms psychologist, is able to see NDIS self/plan managed clients, provide Medicare rebates, and accept DVA white/gold cards. She is happy to meet with clients of all ages as well as families and couples.
Janes works in our Newcastle practice on Wednesdays and Fridays for face to face and telehealth appointments.
Fiona Taylor
Counsellor
Fiona brings genuine passion into her counselling work, listening, validating and understanding her clients and creating a safe space where they can feel heard and validated. She is a warm, grounded and compassionate counsellor who feels very privileged to share this journey with each client. Fiona truly loves what she does and by bringing her authentic self into the room conveys this, there are conversations, tears and even laughter and she’ll let you know to go gently with yourself at the end of each session and she means it.
Fiona has over 16 years of experience as a counsellor and has worked in multiple positions in the mental health field. Fiona has experience working with anxiety, grief, eating disorders, trauma, domestic violence, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, gender and sexuality, and more. Fiona has experience working with a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative therapy. Fiona is trained in EMDR therapy.
Fiona is able to see clients through NDIS, Victims Services, Private Health and independently paying clients. Fiona sees clients over the age of 16, adults and couples.
Fiona is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for face to face or telehealth.
Kelly Wright
Counsellor
Kelly is an accredited Social Work therapist and approved Victim Services counsellors who works with individuals, couples and families. She is grounded in respect, collaboration, and a commitment to supporting individuals, couples, and families with a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and needs.
Kelly enjoys working with families to help support high risk foster care placements, assessing risks, strengths and challenges as well as working on any trauma. She helps families navigate neurodivergence, psychological distress and challenging behaviour. She incorporates both psychological and nutritional/lifestyle therapy within her work.
Kelly has experience working with couples working through issues with all stages of fertility, pregnancy and the perinatal period, including those experiencing mental health and relationship challenges.
Kelly works with Victim Services NSW to support clients who have experienced crime, supporting her clients through their trauma and applying suitable interventions.
Kelly is trained in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Play Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Gottmans Couples Therapy, Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems.
With experience working across diverse communities, including First Nations peoples and refugee families, Kelly is dedicated to providing inclusive, culturally responsive, and affirming care.
Kelly works from our Newcastle practice on Tuesdays.
Heidii Hyland
Play Therapist
Heidii is a play therapist with Pillar Allied Health who has a background in behaviour support and is experienced with a range of presentations including Autism, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disorders, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, and Depression.
Heidii has experience working with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focussed Therapy, and Behavioural Intervention.
Heidii has completed a Bachelor's degree in psychology, a Diploma of Graduate Psychology, and is currently completing her Masters of Counselling. Heidii is also able to complete resources, reports for school, and communicate with organisations (schools, universities, etc) regarding strategies.
As Heidii can not provide a medicare rebate, her independent fees are lower ($53.35 p/h) and her services are ideal for those with limited NDIS funding, as she is supervised by a psychologist.
Heidii is available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for face to face or telehealth.
Cristelle Gamas
General Psychologist
Cristelle offers her clients a supportive, non-judgmental space where they feel heard and understood. She works collaboratively with clients to explore challenges at their own pace, building insight and practical strategies tailored to their needs. Cristelle prioritises a strong therapeutic relationship so clients feel safe, supported, and empowered. Therapy becomes a space for meaningful change, where clients do not have to navigate difficulties alone.
Cristelle has experience working with depression, anxiety, grief, substance use, trauma, emotional regulation, psychosis, schizophrenia, ADHD, ODD, conduct disorder, and more! Cristelle uses motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Interpersonal psychotherapy, solution focused therapy, narrative therapy, and psychodrama principles and role play.
Cristelle is an approved Victims Services Counsellor, able to see NDIS self/plan managed clients, provide medicare rebates, accept DVA white/gold cards, complete couples and family counselling, and provide private health rebates. Cristelle is an approved Open Arms Psychologist.
Cristelle works Thursdays via telehealth, and Face-to-face on Fridays in our Newcastle office.

Lukas Abramowicz
Counsellor
Lukas takes the time to understand his clients from their perspective and am genuinely curious about their lives, experiences, and what has shaped them. He strives to be empathic and non‑judgmental, while also keeping sessions structured and purposeful. He does not shy away from gentle but honest challenges when he believes they will be helpful for growth. Lukas' passion is trauma work, where he values getting down to business, avoiding wasted time, and delivering care grounded in the strongest evidence‑based treatment approaches.
Lukas has 13 years of experience working in the UK as a psychotherapist, with the last 10 years working full time in the public sector mental health services. He is truly passionate about providing evidence-based psychological treatments and has received extensive training in various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma focussed CBT (TF-CBT), eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and mindfulness based cognitive therapy MBCT. Lukas received appropriate accreditations in all these modalities.
Over the years, Lukas has worked with a diverse range of clients facing challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, bereavement, low self-esteem, OCD, dissociative disorders, sleep issues, substance use, and personality disorders. His greatest passion lies in supporting trauma survivors on their journey to recovery, using a person-centred approach and evidence-based treatments. He embraces the uniqueness of each individual, having worked with clients from various cultural backgrounds, genders, and neurodiversities.
Lukas is able to provide services under, NDIS, Victims Services, Worker's Compensation/Work Cover and those paying independently. Lukas welcomes individuals aged 16 and up.
Lukas works Wednesday, Thursdays, and Fridays from our Newcastle Office.
Rachel Mangligot
Occupational Therapist
Rachel is very empathetic and sees the best in everyone. Before a clinician, she values forming a genuine connection by being a person who listens first. She works collaboratively with people to meet their therapeutic needs!
Rachel is an Occupational Therapist with experience working in paediatrics and with older clients. Rachel has experience using play-based and everyday activities to build skills such as fine and gross motor, sensory, self-care, and social skills, as well as using sensory activities to support attention and emotional regulation. Rachel has experience working with clients in the Inpatient Acute Care, and in rehabilitation units, across local community mental health. Rachel has been involved in individual and group intervention programs.
Rachel is able to receive referrals through NDIS, private health funds, and independently.
Rachel works Monday and Thursdays in a Newcastle office.
Cassie Fenton
Dietitian
Cassie brings a warm, down-to-earth approach to nutrition, creating a space where you can feel supported without judgment. With her own lived experience of disordered eating and chronic illness, she understands how complex food and health can feel. Her clients value how she keeps things realistic and achievable, helping them build a more balanced and sustainable way of eating.
Cassie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with years of experience working with paediatric and adult clients across areas including disordered eating, body image, gut health, and chronic- disease management; all with a neuro-affirming approach.
Cassie is able to complete intake and full-up nutritional assessments. Cassie works collaboratively with clients to develop and implement individualised nutrition care plans. Cassie provides evidence-based dietary education and counselling.
Cassie is able to see clients through NDIS, independently paying, Medicare, DVA white cards with an accepted condition, and DVA gold card without condition.
Cassie is available monthly on Wednesdays.
