Holly Bolton
Founder / General Psychologist
Holly has experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation, Corrections, Behaviour Support, and with a range of diagnoses and presentations including; trauma, substance use, psychosis, personality disorders, sexual dysfunction, anxiety, depression, bipolar, more.

She is an approved Open Arms Psychologist, is able to see all NDIS clients, provide medicare rebates, accept white/gold cards, complete couples and family counselling, and provide private health rebates. Holly is EMDR trained.

Face to face and telehealth appointments are available.

Holly works Monday, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in the Newcastle office.
Zachary Herron
General Psychologist
Zachary has experience working with trauma, depression, anger, substance use, and men's issues.
​
Zachary is an approved Victim Services Counsellor and Open Arms Psychologist, is able to see NDIS self/plan managed clients, provide medicare rebates, accept white/gold cards, complete couples and family counselling, and provide private health rebates. Zachary is EMDR trained.
​
Face to face and telehealth appointment are available.

Zachary works Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at our office in Newcastle.
Manja van Rhijn
General Psychologist
Manja (pronounced mun-ya) is a General Psychologist and Sex Therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience helping individuals achieve their goals.
She has worked with a diverse range of clients with varying ethnic, social, educational, and economic backgrounds and has previously worked with clients in defence.
She is passionate about working with clients to increase their self confidence and self-esteem and uses a range of therapeutic models including CBT, ACT, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing.
Manja is able to receive referrals through victim services, medicare, white/gold cards, NDIS, private health funds, independently, and is qualified to complete couples counselling.
Manja works Mondays and Tuesdays in our Newcastle office and Telehealth Wednesdays.
Cristelle Gamas
General Pscyhologist
Cristelle has experience working with depression, anxiety, grief, substance use, trauma, emotional regulation, psychosis, schizophrenia, ADHD, ODD, conduct disorder, and more! Cristelle uses motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Interpersonal psychotherapy, solution focused therapy, narrative therapy, and psychodrama principles and role play.

Cristelle is an approved Victims Services Counsellor, able to see NDIS self/plan managed clients, provide medicare rebates, accept white/gold cards, complete couples and family counselling, and provide private health rebates.

Cristelle works Wednesdays and Thursdays via telehealth, and Face-to-face on Fridays in our Newcastle office.

Kate McIntyre
Provisional Psychologist
Kate has a background in rehabilitation counselling, helping individuals with various psychological and physical conditions. She has recently completed her Masters of Professional Psychology and has experience working with a range of conditions including eating disorders, BPD, schizophrenia, depression, adjustment disorder, and anxiety. Kate has experience working with DVA clients and working in DBT groups. Kate is experienced in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and CBT-E.

Kate is able to complete assessments for ADHD, ASD, mood, cognitive function and personality disorders.​
​
Kate is able to see all NDIS clients, independent clients without a medicare referral, and complete couples and family counselling. As Kate is not able to complete medicare rebates, a lower rate is charged for her appointments.
Kate works Mondays and Thursdays from our Newcastle office.
Sabrina David
Counsellor
Sabrina is a registered Art Therapist, experienced in a range of mental health presentations, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, trauma, grief and loss and depression. Sabrina is experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), mode deactivation therapy (MDT), Schema Therapy and Aboriginal Narrative Therapy. Sabrina is a registered Victims Services counsellor.

Sabrina has also facilitated group therapy sessions previously.
​
Sabrina is able to see clients under Victims Services, NDIS, and those paying independently. Sabrina sees individuals 14+.

Sabrina works Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and every second Monday in our Newcastle Office.
Johannes Grobler
General Psychologist
Johan has experience working with ADF service members, emergency services members, depression, anxiety, trauma and adjustment disorder. Johan uses motivational interviewing, CBT and other therapeutic modalities.

Johan is able to provide Medicare rebates, see clients on White/Gold cards, see clients through private health care, and through Open Arms. Through Open Arms, Johan can see families, couples, and individuals. Outside of families, Johan works with adults, 18+.

Johan works Mondays and Tuesdays.
Sam Wanigabaduge
Provisional Psychologist
Sam is completing her Masters of Clinical Psychology. She has experience working with complex trauma, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Anxiety, Autism, and behavioural issues.

Sam is able to see all NDIS clients, independent clients without a medicare referral, and complete couples and family counselling. As Sam is not able to complete medicare rebates, a lower rate is charged for her appointments.
​
Sam can complete assessments for autism, ADHD, mood, cognitive function, and personality disorders.
​
Face to face and telehealth appointment are available.
​
Sam works Tuesdays and Thursdays at our office in Newcastle and on Fridays via telehealth.
Lukasz Abramowicz
Counsellor
Lukasz has 20 years of experience working in the UK as a psychologist. He has worked with clients that have experienced PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, BDD, Bereavement, Self-esteem, Trichotillomania, phobias, panic disorders, and more. Lukasz uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfuleness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and other therapeutic modalities.

Lukasz is able to provide services under, NDIS, Victims Services, Worker's Compensation/Work Cover and those paying independently. Lukasz sees individuals 16+.

Lukasz works Wednesday, Thursdays, and Fridays from our Newcastle Office.
