DBT Group Sessions 

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of therapy that helps people manage their emotions and handle stress better. It teaches mindfulness skills to help you stay calm and focused when you feel overwhelmed.

Group DBT therapy provides a supportive environment where participants can learn from each other, practice new skills in real-time, and build a sense of community and accountability.

 

Location: Telehealth or Face-to-Face Sessions 
Group Size: 4 - 10 People
Cost: $50 per session, with a Medicare rebate available for clients with a referral from their GP
